"I have recently had treatment from a Methley Park Plastic Surgeon and I can not sing their praises high enough. In a time when not all press for the cosmetic surgery is positive, my surgeon is an absolute credit to the industry, and to BAAPS

He is fair, professional, has a superb relationship with his patients and certainly told me what to expect from the treatment I was receiving. His concern of me as his patient was paramount, and totally genuine, that came over in abundance. His surgical skills are of the highest order. Aftercare was superb. It was in fact so good; I did not feel as if I had received surgery, I felt as if I had stayed in a top class hotel.

I am a senior manager with one of the biggest companies in the world, and I am used to dealing with complaints of all nature. This has motivated me to write this note.

People, due to nature possibly, find it very easy to complain but don't always go out of their way to say thank you when you actually receive good service.

The service, advice and care I received from my surgeon and the staff at Methley Park Hospital, Leeds, was exemplary. To you all thank you very much."

All the staff including the cleaners, the ladies that brought me lunch, everyone I met treated me with such kindness and courtesy I will never forget them. At the initial consultation he was extremely thorough in making me aware of everything I needed to know before going ahead with the operation.
