Mr Sanjib Majumder

MBBS, FRCSEd, FRCS(Glas), FRCS(Plast)

 Mr Sanjib Majumder was born in India, grew up in the West Indies and has lived in the UK since 1993. He lives in Pontefract with his wife, three children and two dogs.

Mr Majumder is a fully accredited, UK trained Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, Hand and Aesthetic Surgery.

Mr Majumder is a full member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and of British Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Mr Majumder has published more than 20 articles in the peer reviewed journals of Plastic, Reconstructive, Hand and Aesthetic Surgery and has presented regularly at Plastic, Reconstructive, Hand and Aesthetic Surgery conferences in the UK and abroad.

Mr Majumder has been an NHS Consultant in Plastic, Reconstructive, Hand and Aesthetic Surgery from January 2004.

He is based at Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield. His sub-speciality interests include General Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Breast and Body contouring Surgery including Surgery Post Massive Weight Loss, Lower Limb Reconstruction and Hand Surgery.

Mr Majumder has also been a Consultant in Plastic, Reconstructive, Hand and Aesthetic Surgery, in the private sector, from January 2004. He is based at Methley Park Hospital, Leeds and the Nuffield Hospital, Huddersfield.
